Delivery Charges

I want to know delivery charge costs?

Postage & Packaging is £3.50 on all orders. Please note we will only deliver outside the UK if

you contact us by email or phone first.

I want to know when my order will be delivered?

We use Royal Mail 1st Class Service. Delivery can take between 1/3 working days. Delivery

will be between 7.30am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time. We can send items by

Special Next Day Delivery on request. Usual cost £5 to £6.

Can I send a present to a Hospital?

Yes we can, but please note that not all hospitals will accept deliveries. Please check with the

hospital that they are happy to receive the items and will give them to the intended recipient

before ordering.

What happens if I'm out when you deliver?

If you are not in, Royal Mail will try a neighbour or find a safe and secure place to leave your

parcel. If they cannot find a safe place, your parcel will be returned to the depot. They'll leave

you a card explaining where your parcel is and what to do next.

How do I return an item I ordered online?

BABYLOVE is happy to exchange or issue a credit note on any unworn and perfect garment

provided it is returned within 14 days of purchase ( a reciept or credit card statement can be

shown as proof of purchase). We do not cover the cost of P&P in the event of an exchange

unless the item is faulty. If an item is faulty we will issue you with a full refund for the item as

long as it accompanied by proof of purchase and we will also refund your postage at the

end of the transaction.
