I want to make payment for my order?
Payment won't be taken until you are satisfied that the products in your shopping basket are
what you want. You also have the option to remove a product from your basket. When
payment is taken all your details are encrypted when entered through Paypal. When making
payment online we accept the follow forms of credit/debit cards. Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Diners Club, JCB, Delta & Switch/Solo/Maestro cards. If paying in store or over the
phone we accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta & switch / Solo / Maestro cards.

I want to cancel my order?
If you order over the phone or online you have the legal right to cancel your order within
seven working days of receipt of the goods. You will be required to keep the item in a
re-saleable condition. I want to make changes to my order? Amending Your Order - before
dispatch of goods: In addition to your legal rights and obligations should you want to
change your child's clothing, you can by calling us on 01227 451 801 during opening hours
or email us on info@babyloveonline.co.uk up until the point of its dispatch to you.
Returns policy?
Changed your mind? That's fine, we're happy to exchange your order or issue a credit note
on any unworn& perfect garment provided it is returned within 14 days of purchase. In the
event of an exchange, Package & posting will not be paid by BABYLOVE.
If you order over the phone or online you have the legal right to cancel your order within

In the unlikely event of a faulty item, please call our Customer Service Line on 01227 451 801.
You can also return the faulty item using Royal Mail and we will refund your postage when
the item has been received. A full refund will be given for faulty goods as long as it is returned
with a receipt or proof of purchase.
